跨国公司在本地的一个分部,其实是以前本地一个小公司,被大公司收购了。上周大公
司HR从外地打电话来说要电话面试,定在今天早上8点。一上来,HR的人心情不错,说
他们那里气温已经很高了,我说我们这里不幸这还在下雨,大家嘻嘻哈哈了一下,然后
进入正题。主要是behavior questions,包括
1. Tell me about your company and your products
2. Your job responsibilities
3. What tools did you use in development?
4. If some disagreement occurs between you and your co-workers, what did you
do?
5. How did you handle multiple tasks?
6. How will your current manager or co-worker describe you?
7. What is your career goal and how this company can help you to reach your
goal?
8. Is there anything you want to share with them about your background?
最后他说会和具体招人的部门联系,如果他们要我on-site,哪一天合适,我想想说给
我提前一天通知就行,因为我需要请假。他表示理解。
一共面了40分钟,气氛还行,问题都算常规的,但要答好还是要临场发挥一下,把自己
的背景和经历尽量往这个职位靠。如果一开始没有想到的,后面想起来也可以补充,另
外,没有问薪水问题。
