一年多后，被cut的position重新贴出了广告，满心欢喜的申请，并给Manager发信表示
愿意回去，结果却是这样的外交辞令:
Hope you are doing well. Regarding the new development position that has
opened up, we will be reviewing all resumes submitted and will seek out the
best candidate to fill the position. Today was the first day I was able to
view the candidates in the system. Yours is one of them. I hope to fill the
position within 2 months time.
然后，没有然后了。连电面都没有，几个月后，系统自动发信说，position被fill了。 |

干了半年后，公司重组，把我分到他的组，感觉他对我明显没有第一个好，和他之间不
冷不热的。表面上还是欣赏我的工作，但谁知道这些白人的真实内心呢？

If selective, that manager definitely does not like you. (otherwise, why let
you go while keep others).
Also you can rarely do good or better if you change groups/teams within the
same company. If you want to change, change company. |

还是 move on 吧，你的 ex-manager 明显不喜欢你。这不是你的问题。世界这么大，
肯定有人不喜欢你. 心里想开点,这种人根本不值得你去推敲琢磨，浪费自己的时间。 |
