场点头同意马上来上班,因为新公司的课题方向和LG现在做的有一点点不同,LG当时没
有点头答应。临走的时候,大头还带LG转了一圈,介绍给了其他同事,还说你要是对这
个职位感兴趣,请2天内给我答复。我觉得的这个意识已经很明显了,回来后LG给大头
写了封感谢信,这不写还好一写就没戏了,面试都过去1个礼拜了,人家也没有回信,
我估计一定没戏了
昨天他居然告诉我信中他提到和对方说“面试中忘了问2个问题,其中一个是薪水大概
多少?”我当时听了差点没昏过去,我说你怎么可以问这个问题呢?这些都要等有了正
式OFFER后再谈的呀。可他确认为这没什么,为什么不能问?我想请大家给看看,是不
是因为这个问题所以对方到现在也没有回信? |

think about it any more.
He can send a follow-up email to the HM to ask about the progress of their
interview process.
Maybe they are still interviewing other people. It never hurts to ask, in a
roundabout way. |

and that's why it is slow for them to respond.
Very often I saw interviewees take it too serious about what interviewers
said. A lot of interviewers said very good things during interview and later
wrote lukewarm feedback about the candidate. |
