Web Application/Platform Support for US Pharmaceutical Company
Overview:
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and able to learn new
skills quickly.
You will be a Web Application/Platform Support for our partner: one of US’s
biggest Pharmaceutical Company.
* Work Location: Groton, CT/Collegeville, PA
* Sponsor H1B
Responsibilities:
* Perform initial investigation on reported application/platform problems
* Communicate with customers to clarify problems
* Resolve problems following procedures for routine problems
* Monitor alerts from supported services and take correct actions
* Perform scheduled shutdown/startup
Preferred skills:
* Computer Science related degree
* 2 years Unix/Linux experience
* Good spoken English
* Good Object oriented knowledge
* J2EE system experience
* Support experience on systems running on Unix/Linux, like Database,
Application if not Documentum
* Support experience on Web applications
