提一下自己的经历, 攒点RP,
！！！CapitalOne 在McLean的Interviewer 比Richmond 的比较不Nice，，，
phone interview -
same as most companies, no tough questions, no technical tricks
online test -
if you got GMAT 650 + then it's a piece of cake, it's desiged to kill black
guys or white MBA.
mainly answer questions based on charts and tables, dont spend more than
150seconds in one question, move on if you cant figure it out.
remeber if you cant find the correct answer, it's their fault, not yours
bcause the english is so weird, feel like eu-style, or maybe A3's?
onsite 1:
verification test 10questions/15mins, same as online test
2 behavior interviews each has three questions, 30-45mins； prepare two
example showing your team work, persuation, solving conflicts,,,,s, be
pecific on your role and acheivement,
2 case interviews 30-45 mins: credit card, call center, easy, ask
interviewer questions, some interviewers dont explain the case very well,
again if you dont know the answer, blame them,
onsite 2:
one behavior, same bs
one case, ferry vs bus/train, tricky or just because i was hungry and sleepy

！！！ choose Richmond for interview for sure, even if you are living in
McLean
dont worry about the technical details, they dont care, as a matter of fact,
they dont know where to put you at this time,,,think yourself like a fish
in a pool, once get caught, you can be deep fried, steamed, stewed, or cut
into pieces ALIVE,,,good luck to everyone, particularly me, i want to be on
