and 5 persons interviewed me afterwards. I spent 2 days writing thank you
letter. But only one person replied my email until now, saying I did good
job in the interview.
Does anyone know if this is good, or bad sign?

However, personally I think that is rude. In my previous job, my boss always
politely replied the candidates' messages, which made me quite impressed.
Actually when I was interviewed several years ago, he replied my thank you
letter too. Unfortunately, a lot of employers didn't do so, no wonder a lot
of Americans also complain of that, saying "employers, please stop playing
god!". |
