My husband just got a offer after 3 onsite interviews with from middle to
top levels in the company. The company would like him to start from the
beginning of Sep. However, his EAD has expired. We started the renew process
since Aug 3rd.
Currently I received the biometric appointment about two weeks ago. However
he has not receive any information yet. Checked the USCIS, it shows that
they have received his documents. Lawyer does not know the reason either.
Has anyone here had the same experiencd
