45 days ago, saw the advertisement in Science, very good match with my
background. Submitted application, 20 days ago, phone interview with HM,
asked a few background questions. a few days ago, onsite. Today got offer.
Onsite was typical:
The night before onsite: had dinner with HM.

有个问题，是不是制药行业PhD+4y PostDoc 就能apply Principle Sci啊？
我所知道的大公司一般只给Sr Sci,有时候还只有Scientist，和principle差了3，4个

not count. But the HR people I talked to said: fresh PhD -> senior scientist
, with experience (3-5years) -> principal scientist.
