I will graduate with ME Ph.D.in Sep, and interviewed with a fortune 500 company position (I have zero background with this position) yesterday. The big boss interviewed me along and asked " You don't have any experience or knowledge with this poistion now. When you start it you will feel everything is fresh and challenging. What would you do if you get bored with this position after one year? You feel there is nothing to learn more. A Ph.D degr
f*****r 发帖数: 754	2 我觉得你最重要的是要给他讲，你能给公司带来value。一年后也许没有什么可学的了，但是你可以做得更快更好，也可以在公司里寻求更多的发展，也可以给公司带来很多有价值的东西。
f****4 发帖数: 1359	3 ls的有问题，如果那样回答的话，他们马上就会argue，他们可以找一个同专业背景的人，这样更能为公司创造背景 lz可以把这个问题这么理解“你为什么要换专业，你为什么要选这个公司，为什么要选这个公司的这个专业的职位” 总的来说，专业不同问题不大，大公司都有专门培训的；可是如果你对这个专业，这个公司不感兴趣，人家为啥要你？多做一些homework，看看这个公司，这个职位现在，将来都有啥吸引你的地方；把答案写下来，多推敲推敲 good luck
