email回信accept了，尽管那些文档都还没有签字。
后来，没事干，又面了另外一个大公司B。也拿了offer，收入比A
多50%。
现在想据A，从B。我知道伤rp，但是，也要做了。看了精华区，没有
具体该如何操作的。
主要是以下问题：
1. 拿了offer不去上班据，和去了上班再离职比，有什么不一样？
2. 的确有family issue，如何尽可能比较好的告知A？
3. 是否要先据A，后从B？
4. 据A是否会在B的background check里面有体现？

都多了50％了，还有啥伤不伤RP的？只能说A压价压的太狠了。
不想做恶人，就说家庭原因；
否则就直说，拿到更好的offer了。

不过，同时accept两个公司的offer，我觉得不大好。
我就想先据A，再收B

发帖数: 1309 | 10 No big deal. I have seen hrs from some companies pushing you to accept their
offer while knowing that you might be getting a better one(in terms of
salary) in one week. Renegate an offer you already accepted is bad, but
going to company A and work for a few days then quit is much worse.
Next time, ask for extension before accept an offer. The truth is, once a
company gives you an offer, they will wait as long as you wish. It is very
rare for companies to take back an offer and give it to another |

就是这个A公司的hr比较不友好，打电话的时候还说，有其它candidate等着我这个
offer云云，连我谈价钱都不允许。大半年前，到处都freeze hiring，我当时也还
没有怎么投简历，就从了。
教训：找工作的时机很重要，来得早不如来得巧。
最好能把一些onsite都安排在2-3周之内，不过，这个有一定难度。
