Although my friend didn't make appointments with the applicants, he
told me that he carefully asked every one whether it was good time to
talk before he took time to ask questions.
It's a common practice now in many companies that a group in urgent
need of talents will do pre-screenings by the group members. The
pre-screenings are supposed to be very informal. |
