发帖数: 2473 | 4 是啊， 公司让我选的日期。因为星期5也就是昨天我有一个presentation。
所以我只有选在星期天了， 公司发的邮件里说了可以选在周末

发帖数: 13 | 6 HR一般没什么专业知识，应该会问一些behavioral question的。
主要有以下。
1. tell me about yourself. answer this question in chronicle order:
- what undergrad major, why?
- what graduate degree, why?
- if you have any prior work experience, why this job, why this company?
- why interested in this company?
2. tell me about a project for which you had significant contribution?
3. any difficult coworkers? how did you work with them?
4. depending on the position that you interview for, think of project
management examples? |

发帖数: 2473 | 7 刚刚phone interview结束了， 14天后等消息， 感觉不是很好，
面试的是一个HR姑娘， 一上来就捏着腔说的飞快，
全是behavioral questions， confirmation letter 上还说the questions you will
be asked relate to the skills and experience that will be required to
perform this position。
看来只要是HR的面试， 不管conformation letter上说什么， 都得好好准备
behavioral questions。准备behavioral questions有一个难点就是很多东西的捏造，
不然根本就回答不好。不知道一些面试大牛市怎么搞定的。

生活不是缺少美，而是缺少发现美得眼睛
你得从自己的经历里提炼，可以夸张美化
要是都是捏造的，这么多的behavioral questions根本记不住。
