上一级的面一次。
回来发信给hiring manager，回音说once we've met more candidates, HR will
contact you. 后来给HR打过两次电话，都说 they have not made decision yet.
这公司on-site后要不要人一般都是怎么考虑的。不合适的candidates是不是要给说一
声，这样不说要还是不要，常见吗？要是挂上几个月怎么办呢。 |

just one position.
I wonder if there are too many candidates, could they tell the people who
are not the good fit?
Does this mean we still have hope, or just this company is not responsible
and professional?

Recruiter responded last Thursday "We are still sorting a few things out. I will hopefully be able to follow up with you by early next week. The initial feedback was positive. Will keep you posted." - no update so far.
no news is good news.

happened, he/she didn't come. Then you got the second chance. You are lucky!
