H1B 的 approval notice I-797A 上写着：
The petitioner should keep the upper portion of this notice.
The lower portion should be given to the worker.
He or she should keep the right part with his or her
Form I-94 Arrival Departure Record.
This should be turned in when departing the U.S.
The left part is for his or her records.
The left can be used in applying for the new visa.
可是大使馆主页上写着，申请h1返迁visa需要 original I797
到底这个original I-797是完整的form (不撕开的）
还是只需要下半部分（撕开的）？？
