requested start date. Petitions seeking an H-1B worker for an Oct. 1, 2009
start date can be filed no earlier than April 1, 2009.
那么4/1是指寄出还是收到日期?如果早两天寄到,有啥后果?(是不是就不算了?)
因为是DIY,而且只有明年一次机会了,所以格外谨慎~
