They had rejected the original LCA submission. One of the issues was that
they
said our Federal ID number was not valid and I had to send back-up
information
before I could resubmit with the same number or we would continue to have
the
same problem. I submitted the information immediately but have not heard
back
from them, so I have not resubmitted the LCA yet.
看来今年H1B名额悬了。。。。。长叹一声。。。。
对了，看前面mandman某贴里提到说，可以在file LCA之前先给LCA chicago写信寄些公
司的材料
不过现在按我老板说的，已经提交了back up info，就不用写 | s****y
