公司freeze hiring了, 把offer取消的.
还有一个同学是和微软negotiate, 从此杳无音信的, 不知道是什么原因.

1. thank for the offer.
2. tell the company you are accepting the offer(if you are going to accept
it anyway).
3. tell your reason for more.
4. show the number that will make you happy, not a range.
5. go to church. pray.
If there is an agent between you and the company, that will be even better.
Because the more you get, the more agent gets. He/She will do his/her best
to get you the best offer.
