you who can't get a H1B.
In my opinion, as long as you have a Ph.D. and some publications, you should
be able to get it. I couldn't get a H1B the year before last, so I had to
use O1. There were five people in my company who had O1. Two of us who got a
Ph.D. from a US university. Two of us had Ph.D. from China and the other
one got Ph.D. from Inidian.All the five of us had O1 approved within one
