Meanwhile, I met some jobless Ph.D/Master.
From my observation, their salary and job are related with:
1. Target city-Company/organization in NY or metropolitan often offers
higher salary. Some city such as Detroit is with less job openings than last
year(almost a trend in there now).
2. English. Recruiter prefers to hire someone who have no difficulties in
