expedite handling request by yourself, other centers could get your OPT done
within 3 weeks. CA center would require your Designated School Official (
who makes your I-20) to submit your request along with offer letter or
request letter from the company.
I mailed my OPT application along with the expedite handling request and
offer letter, but it was still pending after six weeks. I also sent
