借前面的"敌意"帖子的人气,我来讲讲我们组如何面世,因为
这个办上,多数是从interviewee's point of view, 很少是从interviewer
的角度出发,大家可以了解一下interviewer的心理,当个参考,
可能不具普遍性.
一般先是phone screening, 根据resume问一些simple questions to
make sure the candidates could meet fundamental requirement.
但个人不同的approach, for me, 我会由浅入深问一些较难的
问题,了解 candidate的真正的水平,因为我在网络公司,会问
到protocol port number level or why link state protocol is quicker
than distance vector, etc. Actually I don't expect that everyone
