I am trying to use eclipse's update manager to install the latest Web Tools
Platform(WTP). I pointed my update site to standard URL:
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/
but got this error message:
Unable to retrieve remote reference "http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/features/org.apache.commons_logging.feature_1.0.4.v200606152055--0842282-233879.jar". [Server returned HTTP response code: "404 Not Found" for URL: http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/features/org.apach

在这里下载一个
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/
解压缩到一个folder A
然后find and install里面选search for new features
-> new local site.. 选你刚才那个folder A
