上search head first jsp/servlet, head first ejb, etc.入门之后可以看看java.
sun.com上的分项的tutorial, 我觉得他的JNDI, RMI的教程都写的很不错，有点深入浅
出的意思。注意，不是那本1400多页的The J2EE Tutorial, 那本书参考一下还可以，
当教程会看的你想自杀。
等把这些都看了之后，你自己也就知道该继续看什么了。 |

tutorial对于系统的学习j2ee好像不太合适，有点散。
如果完全不懂的话，可以从jsp/servlet开始，这个就可以：
http://www.apl.jhu.edu/~hall/java/Servlet-Tutorial/
web server可以用apache tomcat, 等jsp/servlet熟了之后，再看jndi, portlet, rmi
, ejb这些，同时也可以看看比较popular的framework, 像struts, spring, hibernate
, etc.

series are really good books for knowing all the popular frameworks, they
are usally written by the project founders. but if you really want to deeply
understand how these frameworks work and what they can offer to you, you
should read GOF, a design pattern books by Martin Fowler, and a couple of "
expert to expert.." book by Rod Johnson first. Also a good reflection book
is always helpful. |

around to answer questions sometimes.
It is true there are more indian guys there. but the folks there really come
around the world. As I can tell, there are not many "bartenders" or "
sheriffs" coming from india. Usually, they are very experienced. |

Try to run the demo. It will help you a lot.
My suggestion is to read the reference if you have Java experience. No book
will be better than this.
