Anyone has good websites for rental properties listing?
Is it true to pay 4 months of rent before moving in? (1st month rent/deposit
/landlord bonus/agent fee) Each 1 month worth rent.

不能坑人家，小春上靠谱的太少了，不如去不动产会社问，现在好多中介都有中文对应
的。

学校或公司有寮的话，比较方便。
附近有公团住宅的话，可以提前从网上申请，也比较好。
如果找不动产的话，礼金押金少不了，首付4个月租金也算正常。但最好还是自己到日
本后找人带着花个两三天去找，而且通常都要担保人的。日本的房子条件和价格差别都
很大，一般短期内你不会换房子的，所以还是要自己看好。接受外国人的中介还是有不少的。 |
