basically i think u can do it in Matlab: 2-D fourier
transform the photo,
apply a low pass filter(2-D) to cut the high frequency
components(纹路). This will blur the whole image, though. so
u will have to carefully choose ur filter shape and size.
in photoshop(5.3+), there is a option called "history
brush"---->you blur the whole image--->define as history
brush--->choose option(say, |
