You do not have to bring paperwork personally to roll over your account.
Contact your provider for the appropriate distribution paperwork and if they
will accept paperwork via fax, send it to me here via fax or email a
scanned copy. We will provide our certification and send it on to the vendor
. If the vendor has a fax number please be sure its included.
这个provider 和vendor是谁？
我现在也不清楚还有多少钱，一笔糊涂帐，都7，8年了，前两天才想起来。

发帖数: 8 | 3 我都离开美国了，没有另外一个退休计划了。是不是需要去Wells Fargo 这样银行开个
账户。
我现在还有PNC银行开着，不知道是不是能把钱转过去。

for you. Don't open it at your bank.
If your status is an issue, you might try IB. |
