我算了一下自己在别处单买保险每个月大概200刀, 一年2,400的premium.
假如明年我不跟公司买保险了, 我可以用4,000 HSA credit付自己单买保险的premium
吗?

Long Term Care insurance premiums;
COBRA health insurance premiums;
Health care premiums paid while receiving unemployment compensation (
including premiums for spouse or dependents);
Medicare premium if you are age 65+ (but not premiums for Medicare
