401k的钱不能取出来,里面的投资选择又及其有限,如果再碰上像08年那样的market怎么

answer your question, it was not that terrible if you just sit on your ass
and do nothing during '08 and after, many people bail out after the crash,
and still sit on cash, or just get pulled in recently.
