在政府工作，提供403B。单位列了以下提供403b的公司，我看网上说各个公司fee和
performance不一样，尤其是以后要transfer的话有的公司费用/penalty很高。想请教
网上各位：
1.是否要一家家去看资料打电话问fee？
2.大家有经验的，下面哪家公司信誉比较好，transfer费用/penalty比较低？
3. 403b是否和401k一样有match?
4. 如果以后换工作，403b里面的钱是否可以transfer到401K？
