发帖数: 12 | 1 Recently bank approved the short sale I had in contract. In the initial
offer, I said I would pay cash. Now I am thinking I should apply for
mortgage and if the mortage does not get approval I will pay by cash. To
apply for mortgage, I have to postpone the closing date. If I tell the sell'
s agent that I have the money, I believe he will not agree to postpone. What
excuse should I use to postpone it? Any suggestions? |
