I started 401K a year ago. It says the return rate is 10.1% for last year.

Normally, you can compare to SPY, Dow Jones, QQQ, and/or IWM.. YTD (by 11/29
/2012): BTW, data gets from yahoo, i didn't calculate it by myself..
(1) Dow Jones reture is 9.19%
(2) SPY is 14.96%
(3) QQQ is 18.66%
(4) IWM is 12.62%
.... so your investment return beat DOW Jones .. it is very very good to a
new investor who just have one year experience...
