bulls can't wait to declare a new bull market in stocks to start
this is quite funny as mostly a bull market starts when nobody wants it
and it ends when everybody wants it
one has to be in front of the curve, not calling it after it has
happened.
there might be something that we don't understand that starts driving
a new bull market, but I would only give it a 10% probability here
my reading of the big picture of the stock market is still telling me
that we are in the topping process of a cyclical bull starting from March 09;
and the cyclical bull is inside a secular bear that starts from 2000.
again, you have to try to be in front of the curve

gold/silver, on the other hand, just finished its cyclical bear market that
is
inside a secular bull market. We might see the flash rally continue for a
while
