401k account without penalty and/or tax. You can talk to your HR to change
the provider, by showing them that you have concerns with their service, fee
, etc.
If you leave your employer, you are free to move your money to any rollover
IRA.
For Roth IRA, you can open as many as your want. However, the annual limit
is the combination of all your contributions to different accounts. | z**********i
