n 2006, Benjamin Koellmann bought a condominium in Miami Beach. By his
calculation, it will be about the year 2025 before he can sell his modest
home for what he paid. Or maybe 2040.
“People like me are beginning to feel like suckers,” Mr. Koellmann said.
“Why not let it go in default and rent a better place for less?”

If there is still no action on mortgage reform, more and more mid-low class
people couldn't qualify for the loan or lose their homes...it is a real big
issue for USA! | p***n

达到20%，荣登全国第一。俺还有个放在在那里月月亏钱给人住，亏是亏点，
但是比起有些邻居的房子租出去房客不付租子的，还是强多了。

最强的还是自己不付mortgage还租给别人住能收上房租的。
