现在问题是,不太了解国家政策,也不知道是否深圳房价最近是否会跳水20%以上 (20
%以内,因为是自住,可以承受)
收入两人税后: $220K (但是考虑到几年回国工资水平肯定会降)

I will probably reloacte to HK from US in a few years.
Definitely I will not buy any real state in HK now.
But I need to stay somewhere so Shenzhen will be ideal as it is my hometown.
40K RMB * 170 m2 = 6.8M RMB
Plus 30year interests it will be likely around 30k rmb per month for morgage
and 1.5M RMB for downpayment.
I am just a bit hesitant but I like the apartment very much.

如果是自住,我个人觉得什么时候买都没有问题。关键是2个因素:
1)这房子喜不喜欢,有没有觉得为了买而买,然后有种种遗憾。比如买大了,或者买小

爽。
2)自己目前的财政状况买有没有问题,很吃力,还是一般。
如果以上2个方面没问题,就买。千万不要犹豫。我去年在上海买的房子的时候,人人
都不看好房价。但

The price went up from 42k/M2 to 56k/M2. It was just crazy.
Way too high. I decided not to buy that for now.
