I believe we are still in a bull market. I will buy dip for every 10%
retrace. What do you think?

I only plan to buy in order to have a chance to finish my goal
to beat index at year end. If not because of that, my view is
bearish.

Mutual fund portfolio is protected largely due to holding in high yield
municipal bond. |
