But don't get me wrong. It doesn't really mean anything to the long-term
economy. The whole world is still in deep trouble. There is NO sign of
recovery, and yes we are still in long-term bear market.
However, Intel just gives market a big reason to go up. It's much more
effective than any bank's ER. |

were seeing the bottom in Q1.
