empoyees will lose jobs. They are the backbone of the "middle class" in
every city. They are teachers, polices, firefighters, etc. The so called "
internal demand' is counting on them. With that said, the government is most
afraid of one thing - low transaction volume. As a result, if the high

forced to end the lease (not renewing by owner). For example, the owner
sells the apt someday.
Besides, if it is not going to crash, it does not hurt to buy.

years or not. Just buy one, and sell it later as an investment

f price rises without the support of volume, the price can not be sustained.
What you said about investment is exactly the basis of bubble. Theoretically
, the real value of goods (including real estate) is to use, instead of re-s
ale. Any market in which people trade in hope of capital gain is a bubble. S
ome people may make money in short term, but someone else gonna pay for it.
