purchase plan before they buy in the open-market. So Bill Gross bought it
today, do you think that he really believes in the future of treasury so
that he bought it? No! He just wanted to sell it back to FED later. So there
is a period of pent-up demand on the treasury (following FED's announcement
), which will follow up with a period when the sellers outnumber the buyers.
