Does it make sense to buy California municipal bond?
Rational: The federal and state government is going to raise tax/fee... to
keep the state government from bankruptcy, which also keep the state
municipal bond from defaulting. Since I basically pay tax to keep the state
government afloat, at least I could get some of what I paid back by buying
the state bond.
Although if the situation is really dire, the government can rob me twice by
taxing me more and then de |

去年上半年拥有很大比例money market和bond，下半年开始抄底，结果
抄到山腰上。
现在基本没现金了，所以跌得会快一些。
