Hum... I am not sure what are you refering to as "real time data". Here is my
guess: You want to collect displayed data from a webpage and put it into a
database, right?
Well, I don't know if such an application exists for the public. You may have
to write you own program to do so. Java, C++, whatever you are comfortable
