don't want to check the Web site every day (I might forget about it for a week
when I am busy). What I want is that I will receive a notice in email only
when something goes wrong, e.g. the Web site server is down. I don't want to
receive an email every hour reporting that the server is okay, but only an
alert when something is wrong. How to do it in a robust way?
A simple solution from the first glance is that use a softw | w*****n

Not a great idea. Just try to find a stable computer to poll the website,
otherwise, use your email computer.
