By mistake, I sent an important email to someone who is not supposed to see
this email. Is there any way that this person will not be able to see my

then you can recall it if the email hasn't been open yet.

So my guess is that you guys use a Unix/Linux system and you can check if he
has opened your email or not. In this kind of system, an administrator can
help you delete unwanted emails.
