usually give prize to findings 15~20 years ago, as there must be a time span
to prove they significant and enlightening. Besides, they haven't found the
mechanism for that. If they figure out in future, it very likely that they
will win it independantly. If some other folks reveal the mechanism, they will
share the prize. |
