发帖数: 88 | 1 Position Type: Two hourly graduate research assistant positions beginning
May 16 and ending August 12, 2016. (up to 40 hours a week)
Description: These positions will contribute to the scholarly production
of the Discovery Learning Research Center by working with our staff to
complete research manuscripts for publication in peer reviewed journals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• REQUIRED:
o Currently enrolled Purdue graduate student in good standing
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary
team
o Experience searching for and synthesizing research literature in the
social sciences, education, and / or science education.
• PREFERRED:
o Prior experience contributing to the production of academic manuscripts
o Basic knowledge of science education and teacher education theory and
research
Anticipated Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to disseminate findings through
journal manuscripts
