发帖数: 29 | 1 I have signed lease with McCormick Place during mid. of Feb. for the term of
08/2012 - 07/2013. Finally, the unit number was assigned and the unit has
good location and orientation, second floor. Recently, there are something
changes in life and I cannot take the apartment anymore. I want to buy-out
the lease (with penalty fee equals to two months rent), but I have to find
someone take over the lease, otherwise the buy-out will not be considered.
Is there anyone want to take over the lease? The apartment provides with
furniture, 11 month rent with $50 down (it's three bedroom apartment with
rent of $400, originally, it's $450). Internet and water fee are included in
the rent.
If you want to take it, will be really appreciate. Or, just let your friend
know this information. I can provide some bonus.
