addicts - they need money for their fix and they tend to wander around the
city

seems better than some other.
Well, still do not recommend biking or walking for a girl. Anyway, It is
downtown.
Try find someone live in that apartment to share a ride if you do not drive.
There should be some bus route around. Check indygo |
