from PMU. The monthly rent is $400 per bedroom. You can sublease one bedroom
, or sublease the whole apt. For people who want to subleast right now, I
can offer you a $200 discount. Also, I will leave all the furnitures in my
bedroom for you to freely use. Based on our experience, all the other
utility fees amount to $50 per person. The internet, electricity, and gas
service are already installed. The sublease period is from July,2012-July,
2013.
