Very nice and spacious second floor two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The
living room is really huge and that is the reason I chose to live here. I
don’t have the size of it, but the total size of the apartment is 823
square feet. The apartment is very well kept, and all appliances are working
very well and efficient, low electricity bill. Water, sewage and trash
removal are all free. You just need to pay electricity and gas. This
apartment will be available from July 11 through Jan 31, 2012 (6 month and
20days). If you like it, you can renew the lease for the next year. You just
need to pay $550 for the whole apartment per month. In addition, you will
get $250 security deposit return, which we have paid. Therefore, your actual
