I am looking for someone to sublease the house. It's located at Lindberg
Village.
The house has 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, and 3 car garage. The house is ready
to be subleased anytime.
The amenities in the house: walk-in closet, attached garage, alarm, air
conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal,
extra storage unit.
The rent will be 1295 (for 2 person) and 1395 for ( for 3-4 person) until
July 2011.
From Aug 2011 until July 2012. The rent will be 1319 ( for 2 persons) and
1350 ( for 3 persons) and 1495 ( for 4 persons). So for 4 persons, it is only about 375 dollars per month per person for the coming year. You will pay the electricity, water and cable fees.
The house is pet friendly and it is usually $25 per month. If you need any
furniture for the house, I will be very happy to give you 1 full size bed, 2
working table, and a 50" T.V. for free.
